In 2013, I wrote, directed and produced this peculiar short film.

The original idea was a classic: a limbo space where dead people wait to be judged by God.The interesting thing, though, was that God actually grants each one of them a hearing, but still hides its face and refuses to give any answer. A completely deaf God which leaves the people in an oppressive self-doubt.

The inhabitants of this limbo spend their days trying to remember all their life’s sins, trying to understand what it is that’s keeping them stuck in this limbo.

And things only get worst when a priest arrives in the limbo too, causing a bloody revolt among the people.

This was my graduation short film at the London College of Communication, a production full of limitations and catastrophes.
It premiered at the Raindance Film Festival in 2014 and, since then, it went on gaining several award nominees - and yet we did not win one single award, God damn them!
